This summer, a wonderful addition was made to the Center’s Printshop: a 10"x15" Old Style Chandler & Price platen press.

This press was very generously donated by Mark D’Antonio of East Meadow, New York; and funds for the press’s transportation and repair were provided by the Center’s Board of Directors.

We hope to have it fully operational and integrated into our operations by the end of the year. Barbara Henry, the Center’s Master Printer, is particularly eager to work with students on this valuable press.
