2011 Holiday Gift Fair
& Auction
Center for Book Arts' RSVP on Facebook & Invite your friends! Join us for a fun-filled day of shopping unique and affordable handcrafted creations, and sharing holiday cheer with your friends at the Center for Book Arts! Enjoy cocktails and holiday treats (some homemade by the Center staff and volunteers!), and bid on silent auction items you won't find elsewhere. This year's Holiday Gift Fair will feature over 20 exhibitors selling an array of book arts related items that will make wonderful holiday gifts. Fill your family and friends' stockings (as well as your own!) with letterpress printed and handmade cards, journals, marbled paper, boxes, scarves, and artists' books. You'll even find necklaces made with bonefolders! We will also hold an Auction of goods and experiences donated by friends of the Center for Book Arts. Bid on private tours and tutorials at major museums and libraries, handmade crafts, and gourmet dining. Online bidding will go live early in December, and will conclude as a Silent Auction during the Fair. Proceeds from the auction go toward general operating costs crucial to continuing all the programs at the Center for Book Arts. See below for a list of the exhibitors, auction items and donors, and the many supporters who make this annual event a holiday favorite!
