2007 Benefit: Eat Your Heart Out

A special message from the Benefit Event Committee and Staff 

This year's benefit is from 6:00 to 9:00 o'clock in the evening on Thursday, April 5. We are pleased to honor the following individuals whose commitment to book arts has advanced the field:

Catering for this year's event is by City Bakery. Tantalizing cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Fabulous edible books by The French Culinary Institute Chefs Jürgen David and Lauri Ditunno will top the evening off as dessert.
