Playing on Press
Making prints on the press without sweating the small stuff. Using various low-tech methods, students will build some prints and get comfortable using the Vandercook Proof Press as a printmaking tool. Students will experiment with pressure printing, monoprinting, using magnets to make free-form lockups and drawing with type-high rule. Deadline to register: One week before the class starts.
