Tricia Treacy uses a combination of digital and analog methods in her work. Since 2000, she's been working in the studio individually and collaborating with national and international artists and writers on conceptual and creative projects. Her letterpress design studio is located in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, slightly south of Philadelphia. She is a book artist, designer, conceptual thinker, printmaker, and experiments with new forms of media to execute her ideas. Currently, a lecturer in Fine Arts at Penn Design at The University of Pennsylvania, teaching graphic design, book arts + printmaking. She has taught at Mason Gross School of the Arts, The University of the Arts and The University of Delaware. She earned her BA from West Virginia University and her MFA from The University of the Arts, Philadelphia. She has shown her work nationally and internationally; and her books are in collections throughout the country.
